FAQs
We pride ourselves in providing an end-to-end travel planning service so that you can feel confident in your decisions and preparation all the way through your vacation until you return home.
1. Why use a travel agent?

There aren’t many things in life that we don’t hire an expert to help make the most of our time, money, and effort. From an insurance agent, real estate agent, coach, or trainer to an accountant, lawyer, or car mechanic, we let the experts help us. That is why a travel expert is the best resource when it comes to making the most of your vacation plans. In most cases, utilizing a travel agent is free to you, but in return you get so much value through their expertise, industry contacts, and assistance while planning and traveling. We take pride in providing an end-to-end travel planning service so that you can feel confident in your decisions and preparation all the way through your vacation until you return home. Why not have someone in your corner to make sure you have the best vacation possible?
2. What destinations do you plan trips to?

While we have planned vacations all over the world, we primarily focus on trips to Mexico and the Caribbean, Hawaii, and cruises along with Walt Disney World (Florida) vacation packages. If you are interested in another destination, please reach out and we can discuss your needs to determine if we can help or if we can recommend a fellow agent who specializes in your destination.
3. Is there a fee for our services?

In most cases, no. We work closely with several suppliers that compensate us. When a more detailed itinerary is needed or when we plan a la carte trips where we are not able to use one of our suppliers, then a fee may be needed to compensate us for our time and effort in planning your vacation. This will be discussed during our initial consultation.
4. Do I have to pay in full?

In most cases, no. We work with several suppliers who have great deposit plans that allow you to put down a percentage of the trip cost to reserve your vacation package. Your final payment is then due one to three months prior to your vacation, depending on the supplier used.
5. What is travel insurance?

Your trip is a significant investment, and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance can give you additional reassurance in a volatile world with coverage for cancellation or interruption of your travel itinerary, emergency medical and transportation assistance, loss/delay of baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident coverage, and/ or rental car physical damage. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.
6. Do you book packages with flights?

Wherever possible. We have several suppliers who offer reduced pricing for bundling flight and resort accommodations together. If you would like to use airline miles/points or book air separately, then we can take care of the resort portion and you would work directly with the airline to make your flight arrangements.
7. How is COVID impacting travel?

COVID is constantly impacting travel around the globe, but over 2,000,000 people are traveling daily. Each country/destination has its own requirements regarding vaccination, testing, masking, and social distancing - this is another reason that a travel expert can be a big asset when booking your vacation. We help you determine the requirements to travel to your destination and then return home along with any requirements of your airline, resort, etc.
